I Pay Attention to What Your Body Is Actually Saying

I didn’t plan to do this work. I was led to it at a time when I needed it most, and it changed the way I understand the body entirely.

How This Found Me

I didn’t come into this work by accident. I was trying to understand what my body was holding, and why nothing I was doing seemed to fully resolve it. What I found was that most approaches were focused on surface-level fixes. Temporary relief. Isolated solutions. That didn’t make sense to me.

So I started paying closer attention. Learning how the body adapts, compensates, and communicates over time. Not just where something hurts, but why it’s happening in the first place. That’s what shaped how I work now.

How I Work Now

I don’t approach the body in parts. Everything is connected. Tension patterns, stress, hormones, recovery, movement. They all influence each other, whether we realize it or not. So instead of following a set routine, I adjust based on what your body is actually doing.

That means paying attention in real time. Not rushing. Not forcing an outcome. Working with the body, instead of trying to override it.

Theda Alchemies — It’s All in the Name.

Theda means “divine gift,” and it also echoes Theta — a state associated with deep rest, restoration, intuition, and creativity.

Alchemy is transformation: combining the right elements to create something greater than the sum of its parts.

Theda Alchemies reflects my belief that lasting change comes from intentional, individualized care that addresses the whole person.

Most people who come in have already tried a few things. They’ve done the workouts, the protocols, the quick fixes. Sometimes they helped, sometimes they didn’t. What they usually have in common is this: something still feels off, and they’re trying to understand why.

There are a few ways this tends to show up:

Who This Work Is For

The Active Body

You’re active and you want your body to keep up with what you’re asking of it. You’ve likely dealt with tension, recurring issues, or injuries that don’t fully resolve.

You’ve tried stretching, workouts, or recovery tools, but something still feels off. You’re not just looking for relief. You want your body to function better.

The Out-of-Balance Body

Something feels off, but it’s not always obvious why. Stress, hormone shifts, digestion, fatigue. You’ve tried to piece things together, but nothing has fully clicked.

You’re looking for a way to understand what’s actually going on, not just manage symptoms.

The In-Between Space

You don’t fit into a clear category, you just know your body isn’t feeling the way it should. Maybe you’ve tried a few different approaches.

Some helped, some didn’t.

What you’re looking for now is something that makes sense. Something that looks at the full picture.
